Literally just called this place to discuss options for a smaller covid friendly funeral. I was told that everything was over $70 and that I'm much better off getting something from jewel since i won't be keeping it (budget was never even an issue, considering there isn't one and we just wanted something nice, and when do people ever keep flowers they send as a gift for a funeral??). Then he hung up on me mid sentence while i was trying to see what my other options would be. Extremely disrespectful, not worth the time, or money. So much for supporting local business 🤷🏽‍♀️

I called to inquire about the price for flower arrangement/bouquet and the customer service was terrible. I was asking about the price for a bouquet made with a specific flower (sunflowers) only and he was very short with me. I asked about a store pick up (because I live in Bolingbrook) and he told me that there is no person to person contact because of the pandemic and I totally understand!!! So I was ok with it having it delivered. I still wanted to inquire more about the bouquet because he just gave me a range of prices and I wanted the specific price for a dozen of sunflowers. I could tell he was getting impatient and once I asked about the price again he just hung up on me! This was very rude. I am not the type to be a Karen and leave a bad review but this was just unacceptable. I was really looking forward to working with this small business.

I have to complement this family florist. My son had a birthday bouquet sent to me the day of my birthday. He told me it was a last minute order but these guys came through. Beautiful colors and varieties I have never seen (I'm not very well-versed in flowers). This florist helped make my birthday big time. We also have used them for other occasions in the past (see pics) and have been extremely satisfied each time. Thank you guys, you're the absolute BEST!!
