No they don't do that but if you go to the court across the street from the water tower the first floor on your right hand side there's a place there that will help you the papers for the divorce court I think that cost less than $5 I don't know I haven't been there for years but they do help you with it out the papers and once you feel them out you just take them upstairs the second floor and register them for a court date.
