No they don't but if you go to the Salvation Army on Fulton Street they will help you with your PG&E just make sure to take your ID social your income and proof of address no Section 8 allowed
They used to but I'm nit sure if they still do.
They are a great organization and they are based on donations. They will help when they have funds to help with certain services. I understand LHEAP does help with these types of services. Also Salvation army has a program called Reach but from what understand your bill can not be higher than $300.00.
