Whatever you do, DO NOT use their services. Melissa charged me $400 for the hour (but also booked someone else so I basically got about a half an hour of "assistance" if that's what you want to call it) and refused to give me any paperwork. On Jan. 21, 2022 Melissa asked me to give her 1 week and that she would have everything ready for me, that turned into 5 wks later with not one piece of anything. Anytime I would call the office to speak with her, I was told that she was with another client or she was out of the office. Emails that I sent to her were replied with "I'm working on it" or some other excuse. I finally went into the office and spoke face to face with her and asked her to just give me whatever she had actually done and I would just do this on my own, to which she still refused to give me any paperwork. She asked me to give her until the Saturday that was approaching and I said I was unavailable, to which she replied that she would just enail everythig over to me. Finally, I would receive what I paid for. SURPRISE! I NEVER RECEIVED A THING!! When my court date approached, I walked blindly into the courtroom as I didn't have enough time to prepare and complete the paperwork. I trusted this place because of the ratings and reviews. I was later told by someone who had used them before that the rating comes from people who have history with them. Now I know why myself, as a newcomer, was treated like this. Luckily, the credit card company that I used to make payment we're very nice and credited my money back. In order to post my review, I had to give a, Non Deserving, 1 star. Please be warned and go somewhere else, I wish I had.
