Yeah this is the worst Portillos franchise I have ever been to. Terrible customer service, rude employees, cold food by the time you get to it, IF you can manage to even get your order taken. Worst drive through experience.

I don't know which portillos your talking about but I've had great experience with them I've been to both the one in hines /river side ill for a va appointment never had a problem No cold food or customer service problem including mishawaka .

Got back from a long trip kids were hungry so we ordered on line. Absolutely horrible experience ever. they didn't have it ready 10 min after expected time told. Waited 60+ mins for my food and they got it wrong. They do not answer the phone

It took 30 minutes for 1 beef sandwich at 9:30pm while staff joked and talked with customers,sad. More than half of staff were just standing doing nothing. LOST CUSTOMER!!
