Yes, same way with me, i had placed an order while waiting in line, they gave me the wrong things, went to call and speak to a manager, on hold forever, went back the next day to place an order and complained, they screwed it up AGAIN, but i caught it while i was there and they adjusted it to correct it. Not the best communication there😥

The food i great the only bad thing is the third time takes 49 min just to get a bacon burger

Mistakes happen and nobody's perfect. But I can assure you that you will miss from eating from there. I've had a couple of complaints and now I work right next to one. I'm sorry that things did go well. Hopefully the next time you will get the satisfaction and the service you deserve.

You didn't check your bag before you left, its kinda like the lotto check your numbers before you leave the counter????

The chilli as everything else is exceptional.
