Excellent food, it was tasty. It is noticeable fresh. The plant-based hot dog was really good and promising. Nice service. Totally recommended.

Portillo's has always been my go to place for fast food. Forget McDonald's or BK. Portillo's has the biggest, best burgers around. Everything there is good, and you can even got a beer!

Got back from a long trip kids were hungry so we ordered on line. Absolutely horrible experience ever. they didn't have it ready 10 min after expected time told. Waited 60+ mins for my food and they got it wrong. They do not answer the phone

Yes, same way with me, i had placed an order while waiting in line, they gave me the wrong things, went to call and speak to a manager, on hold forever, went back the next day to place an order and complained, they screwed it up AGAIN, but i caught it while i was there and they adjusted it to correct it. Not the best communication there😥

It took 30 minutes for 1 beef sandwich at 9:30pm while staff joked and talked with customers,sad. More than half of staff were just standing doing nothing. LOST CUSTOMER!!

The food i great the only bad thing is the third time takes 49 min just to get a bacon burger

Service suck wrong order twice . I just got my money back and call it a day. Real disappointed cause this is not what I use to from them.

Mistakes happen and nobody's perfect. But I can assure you that you will miss from eating from there. I've had a couple of complaints and now I work right next to one. I'm sorry that things did go well. Hopefully the next time you will get the satisfaction and the service you deserve.

Why did we get the wrong order. These people need to get there act together. Btw shoutout to Lara b for the 5 free burgers.

The chilli as everything else is exceptional.

Yeah this is the worst Portillos franchise I have ever been to. Terrible customer service, rude employees, cold food by the time you get to it, IF you can manage to even get your order taken. Worst drive through experience.
