Got back from a long trip kids were hungry so we ordered on line. Absolutely horrible experience ever. they didn't have it ready 10 min after expected time told. Waited 60+ mins for my food and they got it wrong. They do not answer the phone

Yes, same way with me, i had placed an order while waiting in line, they gave me the wrong things, went to call and speak to a manager, on hold forever, went back the next day to place an order and complained, they screwed it up AGAIN, but i caught it while i was there and they adjusted it to correct it. Not the best communication there😥

What Portillo's did you guys got? Because I went on Roosevelt and Desplaines in Chicago maybe you guys should try here next time. OKAY
