No there's not. Also I saw a sign there once that said there were fox traps on the opposite side of the river to the north. I think a dog might have gotten caught in one. I've also noticed no trespassing signs around whare I saw it
I've seen dogs walking around there every time I go there and there doesn't seem to be any problem. Even off leash, which of course I wouldn't recommend, but every dog I have seen is very well-behaved and happily exploring.
