I came here to try and exchange some cash for pesos. I was informed that they do not have pesos on hand and I will need to complete the order online. I made sure to ask the teller if this would work for me as I only have a credit card with BoA, not a checking or savings and she assured me that it would be fine and they would credit my account. I left and tried to order my currency online and got the error message that because I only have a credit card I need to order in person at the bank, so now I have to go back. I would expect the employees to know these policies better and not waste time. I did feel as if the teller was trying to get rid of me and have my complete things online, which could have been why she didn't look into my problem or questions about exchange further

I don't usually leave bad reviews unless I have to. The two stars are for the wonderful employees. And no star is for the manager. For being so unorganized, and ever so slightly passive aggressive. I'm not even asking to make me feel welcomed, I'm asking to get my things sorted out and answer my questions... Almost sent me away because I wanna get a replacement card, was trying to make me call BOA CS, well, I'm here, and I waited a good 20 minutes. And you don't have any customers in the lobby. So, there is that.

Sixteen years ago I got my home mortgage from BOA and they provided me a free deposit box. In 2017, they want me to pay $51 annually. I also wanted to refinance through their HARP program and I was told there will be no assessments etc but they lied. Typical bait and switch. Let us all switch to BECU credit union!

I have been to this location many times and dealt with many different people there. They have 3 out of 10 good people that take care of you. The others though... B of a put a double lien on my property so I asked b of a to take care of it. Four different occasions with three different people, they have done nothing about it. I think I will go out of my way and get on board with a credit union
