They do rent by hour. Don't ask just tell them how many hours you need the room for. Is cheaper before 10pm.
The rate varies depending on your rapport with the manager because hourly rates are on a case-to-case basis and are thus unpublished. Expect it to be no less than $40 though because they still have to do the same anount of cleaning regardless of whether you book two hours or twenty hours.
