Is there a bar or is alcohol not allowed?

No bar but alcohol can be served. I know we took our own wine for one function.

Thanks for asking. ECCO does not have a bar. We occasionally serve wine at specific events or allow guests bring their own for events such as weddings. You would need to inquire with Guests Services for more information.
