This was a solid okay. I will start with a negative so read the whole thing to get the whole picture. The Kung Pao chicken should have been called Kung Pao celery. There was twice as much celery as chicken. The fried rice had no vegetables and no egg that I could detect. The meal was served quite beautifully. The staff was very friendly. And I have to say it's probably the first hot and sour soup that was actually both hot and sour. I really liked the soup. The restaurant was very busy when I was there, so there must be a lot of people who like it. Maybe it's just not the one for me. The View on the patio was great.

This place is so yummy everything came out hot and fresh. We had a 15 minute wait, which wasn’t bad at all. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. They were amazing! I could of had them as a meal. Then we had Singapore chow Mei fun with a salad. This was some of the best chow mei fun I’ve ever had, the rice noodles and Curry made it perfect. Then we had the orange chicken with hot and sour soup with pan fried noodles. I was shocked by how good the orange chicken was, normally I stay away from it but it was great. The hot and sour soup here is the best I’ve ever had, lot of yummy flavor. 10/10 would recommend!

The menu had a family combo deal priced at $17. An appetizer, a soup, rice, and an entre. Upon ordering I was informed I need to actually have a family present with me to order this item off of the menu, I could not order this amount of food on my own, and if I did have another person present it would cost twice as much. A price not listed on the menu. So I had to order an entre for $12 and then rice separate for $7. Nobody should be trapped into paying more for far less food.

TOC has improved their establishment in the last year or so, with an interior remodel & upgrades to the aesthetics. It used to feel very cold and stiff but it's better now. They still need to upgrade their seating which feels a little cafeteria like still. Their house fried rice is pretty decent w/ shrimp, beef & chicken and their crab rangoon is dangerously delish! They have some great veggies & hot plates too. It's best to go if you can at lunch if you're concerned about prices.

Pick up or delivery only. Employees wear masks and maintain distance. Sign on the door says they enforce masks for customers but I have seen customers without them.
Under construction should be opening soon !
Yes they have take out. Good food. Order on line was too complicated for me. So i just drove up there.
