Super cool spot! Friends wedding was here and my wife and I coordinated the event. Seclusion from any public eyes and just an amazing off the guide place.

This is exactly the main advantage of our multiple night stay packages! Most groups book these if they are handling the setup themselves instead of hiring a wedding planner or other professional, so they can take their time to set up. You would have to have the day before your wedding or event booked as your arrival day for this to be possible. So that is not an option on the one night Enchanted Forest package for instance.
To book to your date(s), we require a $2,000 deposit along with a signed rental agreement for all packages of ours. We then require 50% of your remaining balance to be paid in full by 6 months out from your wedding date, and then you must be paid in full by 30 days out from your arrival with us. You can choose to set up a payment schedule with us or reach out when you would like to make payments. Totally up to you!
We do not typically build or customize for packages unfortunately as they are designed very specifically for our ultimate booking ability. We do require at least an overnight stay for you to host your wedding or event on our property and do not only rent event space(s) for hour time frames unfortunately.
Our event season or time frame that we are open is designed around our best & most optimal weather. With that said, there have been times when we do have inclement weather within our event season and therefore have indoor reception plans built-in to most of our packages. Both the Villa & Bella Pavilion are indoor reception or ceremony options that have been used as backup plans when needed. We would not cancel or refund in the event of snow; we would plow and make sure the grounds were safe & accessible for you and the show would go on! We close through winter due to the amount of snow we receive.
Paradise Springs is located on one hundred secluded acres at 5,200 foot elevation in the heart of the Sierra National Forest just south of Yosemite National Park. We are next door to Nelder Grove, home of the giant Sequoia trees, the town of Oakhurst, famous Bass Lake recreational area, and the historic Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad. Our springs tend to be chiller with a light snowpack typically still on the ground, we typically have perfect warm temperatures through summer with chilly evenings still, and our falls are very mild with October traditionally being one of our most mild months for weather & extreme temperatures. We are closed for winter due to the amount of snow we do receive at our high elevation.
No, unfortunately not. Paradise Springs is a private Resort that rents turnkey to individuals or groups and is different than most wedding venues as we provide both overnight accommodations AND event spaces. Paradise encourages our rental groups to bring in their own catering options for your wedding day, weekend, or complete stay with us. Or you can cook your own food as well! There are two industrial kitchens on property, one in the Villa & one in the Bella Pavilion, and there is just an additional $350 fee for use of the industrial kitchens.
