Dogs are not permitted in the formal gardens but are permitted on the Chipmunk Chatter Trail, and on the lawn south of the parking lot.
I'm sure putting puppy on a leash would be perfectly fine
I didn't see any when I've been there.
I've never seen any there.
As long as puppy is leashed you should be ok.
