I did not come here to personally buy a vehicle but I was with my fiancé and I will say that the tactics that these gentleman try to use to sell vehicles is rather distasteful. No car sales person should ever raise their voice or get confrontational with a customer..period.. despite how they may feel about anything the customer says. I am embarrassed for them for their behavior. We were thinking about making a purchase here but now we simply won't based on principle.

Called a day before the 30 day warranty to let Rodney the salesman know that even if it didn't cover under warranty I needed the grounding checkered in the Car I just helped purchased for my granddaughter that the key Bob was overheating. Rodney said he'd talk to his m a anger but with the 4th of July weekend they'd not be open to l Tuesday, that he would call me Tuesday, I waited to almost 3 to find out Rodney and the day off which wasn't mentioned at the time. I spoke to someone else, don't recall the name, told him the poem and what I wanted checked, he also said he'd talk to his manager. That was Tuesday the 5th of July 2022 and I have yet to talk to any one so the fact is once they get your trade in and money, there done. I live 70 mile from my granddaughter and I'm all she has, looking out for hersafety, hope nothing ever happens to your loved ones is all I can say.,
