Older stuff falling apart…maintenance took 3 tries to figure out leaking air conditioner..office staff not friendly nor willing to exert an effort, almost hang up before you finish your request…rent is reasonable for what you get since it hasn’t been replaced since the ‘90s.

Maintenance is worst I seen (not physically), they left stove burner pans outside on ground. Work order was for washer valve leak when turned on and burners too big for pans. If they left pans outside on porch you probably already figured they didn't fix the water valve leak which YouTube assit with no thanks to maintenance. Lady out here told me she waited 3 weeks for them to fix her air. She was too nice for waiting that long. Feel sorry for my friend who stay here.

Unprofessional. Getting things fixed takes forever. They want you to be on time but they are never on time. Leasing office or maintenance. Secondly, they refuse to take rent (money order) at the leasing office even though it's mailed. Makes no sense. Lastly, stuff is so old here. Like cabinets bubbled out and then some. Wheres the location manager at ?
Ain't that the truth
My heat was broken for a week before someone came to fix it... consistently running even when I turned it off. When someone finally came, they did not have the correct part to fix it so they had my emergency heat running for about 3 weeks. My electric bill was $400 when it's never been over $200. I called 3 times to try and see what they could do to mend that situation. No call back. I have had black mold in my bathroom for about a year, and a non functioning stove top for 2 months. Neither of which have been fixed, despite over a dozen calls. I've made to them.. it's always "Oh well s9 and so handles that and she's not in the office today,, so I'll have to have her call you back." The only time I have ever gotten a call back is when I ran out of pre addressed envelopes to send my rent check in.. because of course that's the priority. Haven't even been able to stay in my own home most of the time because of these issues.
