Very. Brick walls with razor wire on top, not to scare you. Safe, immaculate, and a few blocks walk to Bourbon Street . Very nice back in March.

Is there really a cancellation fee of 50.00 that goes into effect immediately after reserving and paying for your stay, and if so why would this establishment NOT inform you of this prior to the payment being made!!?? Nowhere on their site........
