Very friendly and helpful staff, only half a mile from Bourbon Street and close to a lot of attractions, would recommend them for your stay in New Orleans

Hot tub down last 2 times I have stayed there. Quit advertising hot tub available when it's broke.

Ideally situated in the heart of New Orleans very close to the French Quarter. Unfortunately it is also close to the highway, but I will choose them again!

I stayed there when they first opened, very nice place

Yes, this place has only full hook up sites!
Yes, we stayed with our class B.
4 minute drive. 20 mins walking
French quarter rv resort
Yes this place is more like a luxury resort type place for RV's, more expensive than a hotel room actually. You would not tent camp here even if you could.
RV resort for motorhomes or travel trailers only. Premium spots only, you pay for paved and large space to park/stay overnight.
Our 43.5 was np and I saw 45 RV"s'. And yes the non event pricing was about $125 daily. And just a $5-6 uber into the heart of the Quarter.
Depends both on the date and type of spot. Standard spots are $110-$120/night except for high demand times (home Saints games, Mardi Gras, etc.). Premium spots are $20/night higher. The rates for all spots are both higher with minimum length stays (e.g., have to stay Sat and Sun for a home game). They have premium spots that have gazebos and are at the opposite end from the freeway (quieter and closer to the pool). Finally, you can reserve individual premium spots in advance whereas the standard spots are assigned to you upon arrival.
There's a lot next door where many park with no services.
Yes, they do. Great place, great location. You'll love it.
Yes, there is. On the email i received from then on my reservation it says clearly. "Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to your arrival date will receive a refund to your credit card less a $50.00 cancellation fee."
I'm not sure but we have a 40' bumper pull and we had enough space to park our truck and golf cart in front. The lots are very spacious.
yes, it's awesome! .27 mile from the French Quarter. We (2 women) were out after dark just across the street at the Louis Armstrong Park. I didn't feel afraid at all.
Probably 100+ per night, depending on when Mardi Gras is this year. Way more around carnival. Also remember to bring a hotspot if you need internet. They provide nothing at the sites.
They have monthly rates, but go by season. If call. Send like they are set up for all rigs. Cool spot!
Was around 100. But we were only 2-3 blocks from the fun. Uber at night was cheap. So well worth it!!!
