A straightforward, affordable, gated rv park with full hookups and decent wifi. Owner is very nice and helpful. If you are looking for a spot to park your Rv/Trailer while you go hang out in the French Quarter.. this is your spot.

Don't judge the book for the cover, Is not a resort but is safe clean and friendly 👌 and Mr Curtis is a very good person is been a month I'm on the Rv park and He always walks around checking if everything is ok.

We did our research and all the RV parks in Nola are located in a bad location and none of them are are worthy of a 5 star review based on their appearance. The reason we gave this park a 5 star was because of the owner. We stayed here for 90 days and the owner of the business made us feel like family. If we ever go back to New Orleans we wouldn’t consider any other park.

I'm not sure. I only stayed one week and that was very reasonable.
With passport America, not much, BUT, railroad switches cars nearby. Didn't bother me much, I am a retired railroader, so switching cars kinda lulled me to sleep, if you are not used to it, it may bother you.i stayed two nights, nothing whithen walking distance, the bus stop is close, I would recommend taking the bus instead of driving,
