Yes they do it leaves about 8 am and will pick you up at 5 pm for the return.

Yes they do, however it returns early so not much help if you want to dance the night away. The staff will tell you they have an agreement with a taxi firm for a fixed price of $30, however we used uber the whole time we were there and never paid more than $25. In fact most often it was less than $20 and that was new years eve and day.
When I was there the shuttle left at 9am and picked up at 5 or 6pm
