My neighbors dog is always barking early in the morning and he wakes me up too early. He Has maybe like 3 or 4 dogs. I would like to sleep well and get My rest that I need to go to work. What should I do?

have you asked your neighbor if he can put a muzzle on his dog so the dogs won't wake you up in the morning with all the barking?

Yes ive already discussed the matter to them a couple of times , like last year and to this day they still don't do anything about the barking dog, its been affecting my mood and job since they moved in last year
