No. It all depends on the temperament. The most likely scenario is adoption if nobody claims it as theirs in 5 days. Another likely, scenario is rescues take them if their adoption time is up when there is no space. People exaggerate on how bad the situation is here in the SPCA. It is always a case by case basis.
Definately Not. If they don't find a home fast Bully Rescue or one of several other rescue outfits will acquire them and all are non-kill.
