You need to get video of it coming after you and trying to bite you. If you have that then you have them by the balls! Without it there's really nothing you can do. And you're not being a baby. Nobody wants to be bitten by ANY dog. That idiot shouldn't be allowed to answer ANY questions!

There is a Leash Law in Fresno as well. Every time you see dog running loose call SPCA to come and pick it up, and mentioned it comes after you trying to bite. They take that very seriously.

Call ASPCA and ask they come and speak to the owner of the dog as the dog is aggressive and you fear it being out off a leash.

Even a small dog can but. Or even scare a child, or chase a frightened child into harms way. It happened to my child when she was young and walking to school. Daughter had to go to the hospital.

Call animal control but before you do that document everything including taking pictures then call..you have evidence to show them and it makes a huge difference
