Who do you call for pick up of dead kitty on the street

If it's within city limits, call the SPCA and ask for an Animal Control Officer to come and pick up the body. They are usually pretty good about doing it within in 24 hours. It's a little difficult to get a human on phone, but once you do, they are usually able to send someone out quickly.
