You can go on NjHelps.org and apply for everything. They'll let you know what you're eligible for, and an estimate on how much you can receive monthly. I think its a med 1 or med 5 form for your father's doctor to fill out and fax back to them in order for you to get paid for his care.
They do not answer on here. You have to go there. I reccomend going right at 8 when they open you will be in and out.
