Prof of residents ( lease, ownership of home), 2 electric/gas/water & sewer bills, rental/ home owners insurance, social security card/birth certificates for all living in the residents and are under the age of 18 but including the adults who are applying. Bring proof of all income 2 pay periods, if anyone is disabled bring award letter stating their income.
You also need to prove income with paystubs, lease, bank statements, bills in your name, and any other earned & unearned income.
