I know you can call in and schedule appointment. Online not sure
But when I called just now, it took the automated system 3 minutes of irrelevant info to finally tell me that the hold time to speak to an agent was 35 minutes. Yesterday, I waited 55 minutes to get through... But I checked the google listing and it shows a handy app displaying the busiest times in the office on a clear bar graph. Based on that, I've decided to just go to the office at 9 am and wait. They suggest that I might expect a 15 min-1.5 hour visit - in Somerville, NJ. BTW - when this issue first came up, I left TEN (patient, plite) voice messages before I got the return call I was promised. These folks need more staff.... which, of course means more funding, which in turn means more taxes. But frankly, we need better service in this day and age... I'd be willing to pay a bit more for better service....
