I visited SSN office with out appointment, and my request was done in 20 mins.

Going to need to ask SSI that question directly. I doubt they answer questions on google

SSA is one of the worst run agency I’ve have ever had to deal with. Nobody is accountable for anything. My paper work has been sitting on someone’s desk for the last four months, and now my coverage has run out. I spent two hours waiting on the phone yesterday to talk to someone and another half hour on the phone with her only to be told that she was only the National help seat and that see wasn’t able to help. They ought to be ashamed of themselves

Simple just go to the SS office bring prove of ID Driver License they will take your info and in a week you should get it in your mail.

You can call them and ask. Remember income events have to be on file with irs, meaning u had to or will have to pay taxes on it even if it happened many years ago

They close at 12p.m on wednesdays

She could stop in the SS office and ask them! They're pretty helpful in person, but trying to get information over the phone is difficult

On their google listing, they list typical time 30 min - 1.5 hours. That could be faster than a phone call! ;) They also have an app on the listing that shows how busy they typically are - by hour, by day. handy. Simple bar graph

You can call or better check online. They might have the form available to print at home.
