if no one answerrs the phone in order for me to schedule an appt with social security what do i do next?

SSA is one of the worst run agency I’ve have ever had to deal with. Nobody is accountable for anything. My paper work has been sitting on someone’s desk for the last four months, and now my coverage has run out. I spent two hours waiting on the phone yesterday to talk to someone and another half hour on the phone with her only to be told that she was only the National help seat and that see wasn’t able to help. They ought to be ashamed of themselves
