I have an electric scooter I can not walk. Is there a working elevator and exactly where is it located?

There is a handicap elevator by the entrance next TO JC Pennies

There is an elevator that's next th o JC penny store connecting to underground subway off of 6 Aven across from Macys it's on 6th ave brown 33rd n 34 I too have issues walking n am amazed at how it rampant abuse of law I saw a McDonalds on E23rdst two floors near Madison ave n no Elevators of course elders,baby carriages,disabled cant use it n of course bathrooms r up on 2nd floor.Shame on you McDonalds. Sadly I do not know of an elevator. There are escalators...
