This is a very big subway Station, where you can get Train 2, 3, 4, D N, and R and there is wheelchaor accessibility. There is a shopping mall here as well.

No the LIRR terminal is there from LI. You could take a 2 or 3 subway to Penn Station and get a Newark Airport train there.

B & Q train runs north-south same as Coney Island Ave but Coney Island Ave is 4-5 blocks west of the B & Q train line in Brooklyn.
Get off B or Q at stop closest to the east-west cross street you want to get to on Coney Island Ave.
[Brighton Beach Station stop on B & Q is one block west of Coney Island Ave at that stop.]
