No storage lockers in any public places in NYC. A bomb was placed in one years ago at the Port Authority bus terminal so no more lockers
Unfortunately that convenience no longer exists on local and national levels due to previous terroristic threats/attempts.
There isn't any storage lockers to personal items allowed anywhere in the Manhattan city limits, or really anywhere in all 5 boroughs I believe, but I know Manhattan for sure does not allow it for safety reasons.

No, Penn Station does not have storage lockers. That's probably a good thing. If they did, I would not trust them anyway. In NYC, someone would break into them and steal your property.
