According to the Great Clips website, they only take appointments for perms. You can call the shop you're interested in using to schedule. Otherwise, using the app for online check-in is the only option, short of showing up & waiting.
I know you can check in online so that your wait is less when you arrive at the store. But I'm not sure that they actually take reservations/appointments. I guess you could call the store you are wanting to go to and see if you can make an appointment. Especially if it is because of time constraints for to work, for example.
