I had a appointment for a wash, conditioner, blow dry and trim..cost 40 dollars.. I didn’t know that flat iron was not included..the stylist blow dryed hair and flat iron/ forgot to trim my hair..after being reminded by owner that she didn’t trim..she proceeded to trim my hair..After hair was washed,conditioner, blow dry and partially trim I was charged 40 dollars for wash and 50 dollars for a flat iron no style at all.. I’m livid..paying 90 dollars for nothing.. Unhappy customer!!! Lesson learned!!
