We had an amazing experience from first walking in to the store to set up and delivery. Very professional and great quality.
We ordered our furniture and had no problems, they had to order it, it was delivered and set up, no problems with ours. I would talk to the manager. Did you take pictures for reference?
I ordered a sofa. It came in perfectly fine. We picked it up. No problems. I'd call the store and speak to owner; it's local, not a chain, so I'd expect them to be helpful.
