Got tired of paying tank rental and 2x propane prices. Bought 100 gal tank from Kirkwood. Techs installed tank in to a difficult landscape without incident. Showed up on time and were professional. Fair price. Don’t let negative reviews from difficult customers scare you. Very satisfied.

Went to the company to have my propane filled. They didn’t screw the tank on right and my propane leaked out. Called them back about the issue and they basically said it wasn’t their problem. I definitely do not recommend and I won’t be back.

Everytime we call to have propane delivered it is never delivered when we are told it will be. The receptionist along with owner Mike are very rude. They yell at you first to say why you need to call at 30%. When we call at 30% they still don't deliver on time and always takes several calls. Instead of improving services its always the customers fault. Besides the fact they are usually the only one who usually deliver in certain areas. I am sure with there lack of customer service and respect for others they would have been out of business by now.
