It is still this way trying to contact them even now. They are severely understaffed and having to deal with so many bad behaviors and fights. My daughter who is there now says they are understaffed but ever so often new people come in to work there. They recently got new nurses and teachers I do know for sure. Also a few got fired or moved on. Every time my daughter calls almost every night there is so much background noise and yelling and cussing it's hard to hear and focus and keep her focused on our conversation. They definitely need to give the kids more privacy during phone calls because many of the other girls are walking past saying hateful stuff or yelling it at them. My daughter is in for 6 mos court ordered and so she has to be there for at least that long. But the mixture of all the kids behaviors and attitudes make that even harder and many children end up in there longer. Many parents have signed their rights away. I hate that as well.
