I had New Beginnings officiate my wedding last year. If you call and ask for Kathy, she can set you up with whatever you need. There is a fee. New Beginnings requires that you receive premarital counseling. Pastor Joe typically doesn't officiate weddings. It'll most likely be another staff pastor.
