Terrible place tried calling at 8:01 am. Went right to voice mail. Bug infested useless staff. I really liked my doctor yet I need to find a place that can be there when I call. I have lung disease and sarcoidosis and haven't felt well in the last 3 days. I will call my lung doctor instead. Time for you to do your job.

I visited here on September 8 I saw Dr. O’Keefe , I have seen here at least 3 times out of the 5 times visits here since January because my Primary Dr . Can Never seem to squeeze in an established patient, Love Dr. O’keefe she is Knowledgeable, kind and thorough .. the staff that day are particularly warm & friendly also ( my favorite bunch ) . Thank you to all for your care to the community.

Dr O'Keefe was wonderful with my husband and me. When my husband's Covid test showed positive, but mine didn't, Dr. O'Keefe did a second test and sent it to a testing facility where it was tested the next day. She was sure it would come back positive and she was right. If we were sure of seeing her again, we absolutely would. However, the desk help was nasty! We tried to tell the woman that we never have a copay with our Medicare and secondary. Her reply: "You do here!" We made a couple of calls and the 2 co-pays will be refunded. Dr. O'Keefe, wonderful! The desk help, not.

Front desk older woman is a disgrace to the office. The doctors have always done a great job for me She is rude and unhelpful. She was was nasty with me because of circumstances that were out of my hands. She made up a story on the phone to billing to make it look like I was in the wrong. I tried correcting her but she ignored me until she was off the phone. DO NOT GO HERE. THE REVIEWS ARE HERE ABOUT THE FRONT OFFICE BECAUSE OF THIS WOMAN.

I believe it is lab testing. Results are recieved in 48 hours.
Rapid antigen tests are most effective in people being tested at height of illness, when the virus’ presence in the body is highest. People with and without symptoms can get a PCR test to confirm their COVID-19 status. PCR tests are more accurate in detecting the virus in those without symptoms or those with symptoms who may not be at the peak of their illness.
Yes. All of our locations have rapid COVID-19 antigen tests. Our clinicians reserve the right to administer the test they deem best suited for each individual patient and his or her unique situation. Please note, we also continue to offer PCR COVID-19 tests, which can be more accurate in identifying the virus in people with and without symptoms.
At this time, we do not require pre-registration for COVID-19 testing. However, for your convenience, you may call to register over the phone and our team will assign you a COVID-19 testing timeslot. Please have your insurance information readily available when calling.
No. Our urgent cares are performing COVID-19 tests on both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients without a prescription. Your provider will talk to you about the best testing option for your unique situation.
As part of the Cares Act, regardless of your immigration status, if you are a New Jersey resident and do not have health insurance, COVID-19 test processing fees are waived at Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care locations. Please note, at the time of your COVID-19 test, you will also be seen and evaluated by a provider. Therefore, you will be billed by Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care for your in-office evaluation. You will not be billed by the lab that processes your COVID-19 test.

All of our locations offer x-ray, labs, and EKGs right on site. We do not perform CT Scans or MRIs.
No appts needed for urgent care, but I would call to confirm hours. Web hours aren't always updated.

Hi Tricia, thank you for reaching out. We do not give flu shots to patients under 18 at this time.
There are a variety of doctors there on different days. You'd have to call to find out who's there when you want to go.
There are a few doctors that practice there. Check the website, or call. We love Dr. Wael Elsamman
Thank you for reaching out Jeff! X-rays are done on site in all facilities - however the patient must be examined by one of our practitioners, who would order the x-rays.
