No pets, take the dogs to buck shoals or mossy creek instead! Similar places to cool off 😉
It's a public park basically. So I would think so. It's a river.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed. It is posted all over the park and website. If the rangers see you with a pet they will ask you to leave.
