Temporary fencing is installed for the large park to plug the holes made by the trees that fell. It's a mess inside but all the main trails are navigable. A bit less shade in some areas now. Bug repellant wouldn't hurt either. Have fun!
I was there about a month ago and the park towards the back of the trails was open. I think I counted 3 dog areas total, and only the one closest to the entrance was closed.
