I went there today with a Phillips CPAP machine. Ralph was great. He took the time to report a recall on this faulty CPAP machine. He also spent quite a bit of time explaining different things to me about CPAP machines. Nice part about is is to find a great place like this and it being 4 minutes from my house. Thanks for all your help today.

PHENOMENAL!!!!! My son has a compromised respiratory system and he was diagnosed with Covid last Wednesday. He was using both his inhalers and nebulizer treatments every 4 hours which maintained his pulse ox at 95%. Thanksgiving morning I called to check on him and his pulse ox was 93%. I told him to take another neb treatment and recheck his pulse ox. He informed me when he cleaned the tubing part of the medication chamber was misplaced and both he and his wife looked for it and could not find it. I told him I would call around and try to find a pharmacy or medical supply store that was open. The few pharmacies that were open did not carry the tubing or even a new device. I reached out to local ERs and urgent care centers but no one could help me. I was on the phone for approximately 1 1/2 hours then I called my son back and told him he may have to go to the ER.I could hear him struggling to say he would be okay until he could replace the tubing Friday. My son almost died at the age of 8 from an asthma attack and in 2017 he suffered a full hemorrhagic stroke which left him disabled at age 23. The thought of him not being able to breathe comfortably had me fearing the worst. I was getting ready to head to his house and take him to the ER when I received a call from Ed Frost. He told me to meet him at the store to get the tubing for my son. I was amazed that this man was so willing to leave his family on Thanksgiving and open a store just so my son could get a replacement tube for his nebulizer. I have never purchased medical supplies from the store so I was shocked that he was willing to extend himself especially on a holiday for a stranger. I met him at the store he gave me the tubing at no charge and wished my family a Happy Thanksgiving. I can not say how thankful we are. Ed's kindness, compassion and selflessness allowed my son to stay home and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with his wife and children.

Ed and his staff are phenomenal!! My wife was struggling getting her oxygen saturation up after a bout w Covid pneumonia. They suggested some respiratory therapy exercises for her and within days has seen a significant increase in her oxygen saturation. These guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!
