Good self Carwash. Vacuums are awesome (make sure to select the 3 motor option, totally worth the extra 25¢)

used the automatic wash and the vacuums. wash was fine but while vacuuming my car cockroaches started going onto my car. absolutely disgusting 🤢 i’m not a fan of my car potentially getting an infestation or bringing them home so i won’t be bringing my car here anymore.

Why has the automatic car wash charged me 9% sales tax twice? I have left voicemails and gotten no callbacks. Where is the extra 2.375% going? The wash is great, but I am highly confused by the sales tax and lack of callbacks.
