Why has the automatic car wash charged me 9% sales tax twice? I have left voicemails and gotten no callbacks. Where is the extra 2.375% going? The wash is great, but I am highly confused by the sales tax and lack of callbacks.

I have asked a few times but the auto cashier company cannot put it on the receipt tape.

Thank you very much for your swift response and clarification! If possible, that should be on the receipt as well. Again, the automated car wash works very well and the vacuums are in good working order!
