When did the state of nj require I'd to vote and then require you to tell poll workers what party your voting for and then refuse you your constitutional right to vote because who your voting for is none of their business

You only need to declare your party during a primary election so you can vote the correct ballot. Republicans vote the Republican ballot, Democrats vote the Democrat ballot. ID is not always required except maybe under certain circumstances, such as it's your first time voting, or you moved since the last election, or it's been several years since you last voted. The purpose is to verify your identity or your address.

No, but there is a list of drop box locations. The Division of Elections web page has a link to this list.
