For those with mobility issues they will provide shuttle services from the car and wheelchairs onto the ships. My wife has mobility issues and they walked us past all the lines and right on board. I was very impressed with the port service.
Yes. There are two check in points. You walk to the first one then take a shuttle to the second one which is where you board the ship.
