Yes it is. One of the nicer ones in Charleston and its free. Some of the shelters here charge money, go figure. They do have a curfew as well
Yes, but, a very different kind of living facility. You will have to make an appointment and visit one time. I know the waiting list is very long for this place. They serve food on the premises, and they have doctors that visit and everything.
It is a homeless shelter. They provide legal and housing services, too. There is also work programs, but the staff does not communicate well with each other and they are slow to initiate action, other than eliminating you from the "program".
