It says online fingerprinting/passport is only available 10am-2pm but the employee that has the credentials to do the finger printing breaks from 1pm-2pm… make it make sense

I had some packages that made it to a post office in Charleston head to Harleyville SC. I received one package a few days ago but still have two that have not left Charleston. What’s the holdup because I should have gotten them yesterday.

The mail volume is extremely heavier this year than it has been in the past during peak season, also packages aren't distribute together so that being said one package may have been process and the other haven't yet

Although its website indicated that it was open yesterday and although the website was updated every hour showing less traffic than usual the post office was, in fact, not open.
