I bought the top end package and there was still mud marks behind the wheel wells, back seat and trunk area not vacuumed, and visible areas where they missed cleaning. Not spending $30 there ever again. New place on Delsea opening soon, I hope they are better.

Look I’m not a review kinda person but I had to, just left this car wash and disappointment is an understatement. After purchasing their most expensive service available, I left feeling cheated. I could have waited for rain, the wash I got would have been the same. When they told me my truck was ready I was looking at them like really, I was about 10ft away and could still see that my truck was not clean. I asked to borrow a vacuum to vacuum the floors myself, the employee said “talk to the boss” which I did. He got the vacuum and said he’d take care of it, then when he got under my seat pulled out literally 4 business cards that fell under their and said, it’s because of these trash why they didn’t vacuum under there… really!?. Trunk was not touched and the rest of my floors were untouched. This is a joke, I stood there for an extra 5 minutes to confirm what I figured was happening. These people deal with quantity and not so much quality of service. The majority won’t care much if their cars are washed properly and even if they care the staff is so confrontational that it’s not even worth it, which was in my case. Just wait for rain or find a better car wash

I went to get my car washed yesterday. Paying over 20 bucks for a wash and a vacuum is more than I’d like to pay. But normally I get great service. Yesterday was unacceptable. The entire back seat of my vehicle wasn’t even wiped down. Nor was it vacuumed. I have been a faithful customer for years. But now I will be reconsidering. Certainly didn’t get my monies worth at all.

Used this car wash for the first time. My car was VERY dirty after a long weekend in Vermont...mud, snow, salt, etc. I appreciate all the detail that went into making my car look clean. They even took out and cleaned my rubber mats! Will definitely return here.
