Easy to find items you're looking for. I was looking for airpod pro's, and I was able to find them within 30 seconds of entering. They didn't have many products in stock, and they were backed up until a month from now, but they still price check your product and are able to ship it for free, so I have no complaints.

Geek Squad appointment was worthless and a waste of time. Their website specifically says they can help with laptops that don't power on. I brought mine and was told basically everything I already knew. They didn't even have any ways of testing the charger cable to see if it was the problem. I'll be taking it to a local shop tomorrow.

Best buy is a good choice but I'd also check out Lowes and the Home Depot. All are quite similar depending upon what features and options that you are looking for. Expect to spend $500+ for anything worth while. Good luck!
